ATP have recently secured a planning approval for a 16 bedroom care home on the site of the former Goodmayes Park Park-Keepers Lodge. Due to policy restrictions for use on such sites the application was contentious and attracted local residents interest. The application was approved by committee vote being commended for the 'sensitive design approach' adopted for the treatment of the elevations.
