Tarpaulin and scaffolding has been dropped to unveil a new building landmark for Sutton Town Centre. A vacant office building has been transformed to create 169 studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments, a gymnasium and car parking. The identity of the former office building is unrecognisable following the addition of 3 further floors, the re-cladding of the facades and a new multi-level roof line. Development has been carried out by Barratt East London
