We have an active health and safety consultancy, which provides CDM Coordinator and other related services, including the preparation of policy statements for contractors, safety manuals, risk assessments, safety audits, site safety inspections, competency monitoring, etc.

The aim of the regulations was to ensure design, construction and future building  maintenance were considered from the outset of design and carried through the construction phase of a project.

In this respect ATP have acted as CDM Coordinator for varied projects, ranging from those just qualifying as notifiable, to others of considerable value and complexity. Clients have varied from individuals to large corporate clients, developers, retail chains and local authorities.
